He is survived by his wife, Judith Harrison Seaborn; by three daughters: Linda S. Crimsan of San Francisco, Alison S. Pantele and Virginia S. Heaton of Richmond; and one son: James C. Seaborn of Richmond.

A native of Norfolk, he was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired Vice President of Sovran Mortgage Corporation. He was a graduate of R.P.I. (now VCU) and of the School of Mortgage Banking. Mr. Seaborn held the SRA designation of the Society of Residential Appraisers. He served on the Board of Visitors of VCU for 11 years.

Following his retirement, he and his wife spent summer and fall seasons in Mathews County on the Chesapeake Bay.

Mr. Seaborn and his wife were members of Second Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 2, at the Parham Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham road. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Hollywood Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be sent to the Massey Cancer Center, P.O. Box 980037, Richmond VA 23298.
