Alec is survived by his parents, JoRoyce and Frank Robinson; his brother, Ian Robinson; maternal grandparents, Jo and LeRoy Carter, of Spartanburg, SC; and paternal grandparents, Mary and Merle Robinson, of Batavia, NY.

He graduated from Godwin High School in 2002 and was attending James Madison University. He was a passionate soccer player, snowboarder, photographer and traveler.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad Street Rd. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 7, at Second Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alec Robinson Memorial Fund at Godwin High School.
