He is survived by his loving family: wife, Suzanne hanckel Duncan; children, Joshua and Lindsay; mother, Emma Alvis and her husband, Stuart; brother, Tim and his wife, Lynn; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mr. Duncan was a design engineer for the Henrico County Department of Public Works.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, at 5 p.m. at Second Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Second Baptist Church Building Fund, 9614 River Road, Richmond VA 23229.
