Crossover Clinic
The Crossover Clinic is a Christian non-profit organization that provides free health care and promotes wellness in the Richmond community. It connects the talents and resources in the community with those in need in the name of Jesus Christ. The organization needs lay and medical volunteers as well as donations to help provide their services. Contact Tina Perry for more information.
Prison Visitation
We offer hope through Jesus Christ to reach those who are in detention facilities and prison. We reach out to others to enable Christian growth through discipleship, prayer, encouragement, and the study of God’s Word. We have visit every third thursday of the month. Richmond Baptist Association (RBA)
The RBA is an association of 67 Baptist churches organized to do community ministry and strengthen congregations through discipleship training. Richmond Baptist Centers
The Baptist Centers are located in Oregon Hill, Blackwell and Church Hill areas of our city. They sponsor social and religious programs for children and adults. Most house food pantries and clothing closets. They also provide counseling, information and referral services. The Centers are a ministry of the Richmond Baptist Association, Communities Ministry Team. Contact Margaret Bargatze for more information.
Trinity Crossing Homeless Ministry Team
This team helps to staff a monthly Services Day for homeless people and recently released inmates. The resources offered include: medical, dental, spiritual counseling, job counseling, legal advice and haircuts. This is held on Saturday afternoons in partnership with First Baptist Church and is held at the Alpha and Omega Bible Church in Scotts Addition, near Broad Street and the Boulevard.
