Mary Lucille Saunders Circle
- The Mary Lucille Saunders Circle is a fellowship of Christian women who support the work of World Missions Unlimited.
- Our circle is named in memory of Mary Lucile Saunders who was a “Missionary Kid” in China and later served on the mission field in both China and the Philippines. She was a member of Second Baptist where she sang in the choir and loved her work with the Girls in Action groups.
- During the year our circle supports the mission work of the church…WE PRAY…WE SHOP…WE COOK…WE PAINT…WE READ…WE HOSTESS…WE EVEN MASSAGE HANDS! Not a month passes that we are not actively involved in missions. If you have willing hands we have a place and job for you!
- The circle meets the first Thursday of every month at 9:00 am in member homes from September through May. Currently there is a membership of 35 that continues to grow and is open to any woman in the church.
